Thank you for choosing CalorieCalc. We aim to provide the best AI-powered nutrition experience. Since our services are digital and handled through mobile app stores, our refund policy follows the standard guidelines of the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
1. App Store Purchases
CalorieCalc subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). Consequently, all refund requests must be directed to the respective app store where the purchase was made.
- Google Play Store: You can usually request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. Visit the Google Play help center to request a refund.
- Apple App Store: Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. Use the "Report a Problem" link in your purchase confirmation email or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Trial Subscriptions
If you signed up for a free trial, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. If you are charged after a trial ends, you must follow the refund procedures outlined by your app store.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
While we do not directly process refunds for store purchases, we want you to be happy. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the features you paid for, please contact us at support@caloriecalcapp.com first. We will work with you to resolve the technical issue or provide guidance on store refund requests.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of a billing cycle.
